Mountain Goat are looking for a customer service advisor to join their ever growing team. This newly created position will be based at our head office in Windermere but will also cover our York & Warrington operation on a remote basis. It is a great opportunity to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident and have customer service experience. They will need to work with internal departments as well as communicate with agents and clients, national and international. You must be a team player with good interpersonal skills, time management and sales focused. The candidate must be able to learn quickly and have excellent customer service skills.

The Mountain Goat Tour Company are looking for Driver Guides for our Mini-Coach tours and services from our depots in Windermere, Warrington and York.

We are looking for a unique individual who can create itineraries and holidays for our clients right across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting business growth. Working with the Sales & Marketing Manager you will work towards sales budgets and targets. Provide excellent service by assisting customers to meet their needs through the companies’ services. Assist in winning new business, maintain good relationships with existing clients, and work closely with agents. Develop sales through channels including online, in person, through accommodation providers, and other outlets. This role will assist in increasing revenue through managing agents and suppliers. Manage key accounts and be their main point of contact. Work with internal departments to identify opportunities for development.
