Mountain Goat featured on Chinese Television.

Several Mountain Goat staff members and their family members recently took part in a charity bike ride in aid of Langdale & Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team, raising over £250 along the way.

The ride which took place on Sunday 23 November, was over 5 and half hours long, and took in 23 miles of the local area; travelling through Levens, Sedgwick, Kendal, Burnside and Staveley. 

Elliot Linnen, Mountain Goat Driver/Guide, who organised the event along with Derek Allison, presented the cheque to LAMRT leader Nick Owen. Elliot said ‘this will hopefully will be the beginning of "Team Goat", with the company, employees and their families coming together raising money for local charities’.

The riders on the day were Jane and Jimmy Hardie, Derek Allison, Anne Strange, Chris Wright, Richard and Kay Sanders, Neil Ramsbottom and Elliott Linnen. A support vehicle was driven by Debbie Linnen. All the riders paid £10.00 entry (£15.00 per couple), with the help of Mountain Goat and friends the total raised was £282.50.
