On your tour you will travel through beautiful Yorkshire Dales scenery, visitng quaint villages and towns as you meander through the famous national park.
Visit the Wensleydale Creamery, where you will have the chance to sample the famous Yorkshire cheese, thought to have been created by monks in Jervaulx Abbey centuries ago.
After visiting the creamery you will make your way through Wensleydale enjoying scenic views and visitng Aysgarth Waterfalls, Bolton and Middleham Castles before arriving at Jevaulx itself.
Enjoy a stroll around the tranquil Abbey at sunset before the ruins are painted fantastic rainbow colours, you will have the option to buy hot drinks and cakes from the Abbey's tearoom, or purchase food from a local food company who will be attending.
Finally you will return to the historical city of York after dusk to continue on your own journey.

How to find us
This tour will start opposite Dean Court Hotel in Duncombe Place next to York Minster, Y01 7EF.
The pick up point is in the heart of city, aproximately 10 minutes walk from York Railway Station.
Passengers must be 5 + and have their own seat.
Please be punctual as the bus will leave on time.
Hand luggage only. Luggage Storage is available at York train station, 2 minute walk.
Lunch is not included, however there will be time in a Dales village to purchase something in a local shop or cafe.
Leaving central York at a leisurely time of midday we travel through the typical Yorkshire dales scenery of Nidderdale and Wharfedale stopping at the Classic Dales town of Grassington. Here you can enjoy a stroll around the cobbled streets and explore the independent shops and cafes.
After leaving Grassington we take the road less travelled through stunning river lined valleys, rolling hills and remote moors to Hawes the famed "Capital of the Dales".
Here you will have the chance to sample the locally produced and historic cheese at the Wensleydale creamery and explore the town.
From Hawes we travel down Wensleydale, enjoying the beautiful scenery including views of Aysgarth Waterfalls, Bolton Castle and Middleham Castles before arriving at Jervaulx Abbey.
It is believed the original Wensleydale cheese was created at the Abbey by monks centuries ago.
Here we shall be able to enjoy a stroll around the abbey as the sunsets as the lights are turned on flooding the ruins in a fantastic rainbow of colours.
The Abbey Tea room will be open serving hot drinks and cakes and a local company will be providing hot food.
Log burners will be on site to keep you warm and music will be played around the ruins.
