On leaving the Lakeland village of Keswick, this afternoon tour will take a lovely scenic loop, taking in beautiful landscapes and six lakes.
The tour will head south towards towards Windermere, taking in some magnificient views along the way. The first stop will be in Grasmere, home to the famous Gingerbread shop and to William Wordsworth. It is here where you will have your lunch break.
Moving on, the tour will take you past Rydal water and Lake Windermere before getting off the beaten track and heading over the Lake District's highest mountain pass, Kirkstone Pass. Sit back and enjoy spectacular views of the fells whilst looking out for Brotherswater.
The tour will then head over to the beautiful Ullswater before moving on to Castlerigg Stone Circle. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains whilst exploring the 4000 year old stone circle. The tour will then head back to Keswick.
