The four hour, leisurely tour will focus on the famous valleys of Great and Little Langdale where passengers will have a chance to enjoy mince pies and mulled wine.

There will be plenty of time to marvel at the picturesque views the Lake District has to offer, such as Tarn Hows as well as enjoying the landscapes surrounding Coniston Water, famous for world water speed records.

With many incredible views along the way the relaxed pace of the South Lakes Winter Special will make it the perfect excursion for brushing away the cobwebs.

There will be a stop at Hawkshead during the day where passengers can enjoy a bite to eat or a hot drink at one of the independent cafés and shops.

The tour will run on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day from 10.30am to 14.30pm to make the most of the light during the winter period.

Travellers of all ages will enjoy this magical tour around the heart of the Lake District and it is also suitable for families and small groups.
