A statement on Covid-19 and the implications for the business

To our passengers and partners,

In light of the on-going situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) Mountain Goat are making some changes to the running of the business for the foreseeable future with public health, safety and well-being at the forefront of our decisions.

It is with a heavy heart we have decided to cancel all scheduled tours up until May 1st at the earliest, any customers who have booked a tour with us during this time will be provided with a full refund. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow official government advice in order to ensure the safety of our passengers, staff and the rest of the local community.

For our customers who have booked tickets for tours or have a booking for one of the various transport services we offer the company will be revising our terms and conditions in order to provide as much flexibility as possible. Please see our terms and conditions page for more details.

For any bookings which go ahead, we would like to reassure our customers that their safety and the safety of their driver is of paramount importance.

As a company we pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort of our buses and, following advice from the relevant health authorities, we will be fully committing to keeping the hygiene of our buses up to the ever changing standards expected.

We are also looking into options which would allow us to help the vulnerable people in our local communities in an effort to assist those who must self-isolate during this pandemic and will have an announcement on this shortly.

Should you know anyone who is concerned about their health, well being or needs help during this time then we urge you to look at official advise from your government, the World Health Organisation and your local health authority.

Should you need to contact Mountain Goat directly for a reason related to a booking then please call 015394 45161 or email the front desk at tours@mountain-goat.com.

As always we wish you the best of health and look forward to seeing you in the future when we bounce back from this troubling time.

With best wishes,

Robin Tyson
