Sales & Marketing Executive


Full-time (40 hours) position available

Mountain Goat are looking for a sales & marketing team member to join their team in it's 50th anniversary year. We are seeking a motivated sales & marketing team member with a passion for assisting business growth. Working with the sales & marketing manager you will work towards sales budgets and targets. 

The ideal candidate will be driven, confident and proactive. They will need to work with internal departments as well as communicate with agents and clients, national and international. We are seeking a team player with good interpersonal skills, time management and sales focused. The candidate must be able to learn quickly and have excellent customer service skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sell & book Mountain Goat products and meet the needs of our customers
  • Answer incoming customer communications from various channels in a professional and timely manner
  • Use computer systems in a professional and efficient way including Microsoft products, the company booking system and any third-party systems.
  • Take bookings and payments from customers for a variety of services through the PDQ machine, by cash or cheque.
  • Provide communication to internal departments and liaise with the Driver guides.
  • Anticipating jobs and ensuring your workload is completed

  • Assist in growing the business in areas advised by your manager
  • Maximise profits for the business by being organised and having good time management

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing manager with campaigns, social media, website work as and when required
  • Co-ordinate with OTAs and B2B clients on products 
  • Update and produce content on our website and other platforms 
  • Work with internal departs to maximise capacity of drivers and vehicles

  • Excellent people skills, enabling strong relationships, both externally and internally
  • Strong communication skills with very good written and spoken English. Any other language skills will be welcomed as we have an international clientele.
  • Must be able to get the enhanced DBS certificate 
  • Variable rolling rota including every other weekend and bank holidays
