When you visit our site we only gather the information we need to provide the service you have requested. Therefore if you request a brochure we need a name and address to post the information too, plus a contact, phone or email, in case the address is inadvertently removed from the mailing list at any time. The information we gather is used for Mountain Goat purposes only. We do not pass your details on to a third party. We may use the information you give us to contact you again either by email or other methods to inform you of new tour dates, send you our new holiday brochure, provide you with details of special offers etc. If you do not wish to receive this information please email enquiries@mountain-goat.com. At Mountain Goat, in order to provide the best service possible, we save email correspondence if we think we may need to refer to this correspondence at a later date.

Do we require your credit card details via email?
We do take credit card payments via this Website. Please send your credit card details and your 3 digit security code in two seperate emails to enable maximum security.
Payment Terms
All tours must be paid in full prior to departure by either credit/debit card via the phone/email or cash by calling in the office. Prices and routes are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to alter tours in the event of severe inclement weather, traffic congestion or for operational reasons.
Cancellations
Please be aware that these tours are run to subject to minimum of 4 passengers.
If we cancel your tour
As a result of lack of bookings or weather conditions you will be entitled to a full refund.
If you cancel your tour
Up to 2 days prior you will receive a full refund.
Less than 2 days prior including date of departure no refund will be given.
